Cancellation Policy

APPOINTMENT TIME:

Depending on the hair and the service needed, colour sessions often last 3-6+ hours.  Please plan your day so that our time together won’t be hurried!

NEW CLIENTS:

Before scheduling an appointment, you must input a card on file

A 50% fee must be paid before scheduling your next appointment if you are not a returning customer and have not updated a card on file and need to cancel your appointment before 48 hours have passed.

LATE APPOINTMENTS:

Your appointment will be rescheduled and your money will be retained if you arrive more than 15 minutes late.  If you are a repeat customer, payment is necessary before rescheduling.

Credit card information is requested at the time of booking. By making a reservation for your appointment, you accept the cancellation policy. Any cancellations or reschedules must be made with 48 hours’ notice; else, a 50% fee will be applied to the card.

NO-SHOWS:

If you don’t show up, you will regrettably not be rescheduled. It’s quite simple to let me know you won’t be able to make the booked appointment by sending a quick text or call.
